This
Village Code of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, as
supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including
ordinance G-838, passed July 10, 2007. Ordinances of the
Village adopted after said ordinance supersede the provisions
of this Village Code to the extent that they are in conflict
or inconsistent therewith. Ordinances passed after
the above date ae listed as "Pending Ordinances",
meaning that they are in effect, but are pending codification.
Consult the Village Clerk's office in order to ascertain
whether any particular provision of this code has been
amended, superseded or repealed.
