GENERAL:
Permanent reserved weekend starting times are available only on Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to foursomes playing 18 holes. Assignment of starting times will be by lottery. There will be a separate lottery for Saturday and Sunday.

Permanent starting times will begin on Saturday, April 29th and will continue through Saturday, September30th, 2007. There will be a $200.00 deposit required for each foursome or the captain may fill out the tee time registration form to guarantee your attendance with a bank charge number.

DRAWING:

The drawing for permanent reserved tee times will be held at the
Oak Brook Golf Club, 2606 York Road , Oak Brook , IL at a time to be announced.
The order of the tee time drawing will be as follows:

1. Resident Season Member
2. Corporate Resident Season Member
3. Non-Resident Season Member
4. Resident
5. Non-Resident

The drawing will begin with groups who have four resident season members. The drawing will continue with groups who have three resident season members, etc. Only one member of the foursome is needed to qualify the entire foursome for a particular category.

APPLICATIONS:
Applications for permanent reserved starting times must be received by the golf club no later than a time to be announced.  Also, any membership intended to be used to qualify a foursome for a permanent tee time must be received before the drawing.

•  One person of the foursome must be present at the drawing.
•  A person may apply as a member of one foursome for both Saturday and Sunday.
•  Only foursomes may apply for the drawing.

TEE TIME FORFEITURE: If a tee time is not canceled at least one (1) day prior to play and the foursome does not show for play, it will be the responsibility of the foursome to fill these spots with other golfers. Should a foursome not show up or fail to fill their spot, they will be charged a no-show fee of $25.00, notwithstanding the membership status of missing member(s) of the foursome. A foursome that asserts that a missing member will join the group during the round, will be charged a no show fee of $25.00 if the missing member fails to join the group by the completion of the ninth hole. A season membership will not preclude or absolve a foursome from these charges. All charges will be made by charging the foursome captain. If the captain fails to pay the above fees, the tee time will be forfeited.

PACE OF PLAY:
The following is the recommended time allowed for each foursome to play the golf course. When choosing your permanent tee time, be sure to pick a time where your entire group feels it can keep the recommended pace. For example, if your group is comfortable playing at four hours and five minutes, then you should not pick the 6:00a.m. tee time. Groups will be timed randomly for compliance. If your group falls out of compliance three times during the season, your group will be required to pick a later time in the drawing next year. Please be careful in picking your time.

All groups will be expected to adhere to these recommended pace of play guidelines. Select your permanent tee time accordingly.

TEE TIMES vs. SUNLIGHT ADJUSTMENTS
The first two weeks and the last five weeks of permanent tee times require an adjustment to correct for seasonal changes in the time of sunrise.
