Water Billing
The Village of Oak Brook provides water from Lake Michigan to all Oak
Brook residents and commercial businesses, as well as some areas
of Villa Park, Elmhurst and Oak Brook Terrace. The water is purchased
from the DuPage Water Commission.
All residential customers are
billed bi-monthly, while all commercial customers are
billed monthly. The Village's water rate is one of the
lowest in the DuPage Water Commission. Residents will pay $4.39 per 1,000
gallons and non residents will pay $5.39 per 1,000 gallons, effective
May 1, 2010. In addition, a $7.00 monthly service
fee is assessed on all bills. Water bill payments are
due 21 days after the billing date. After 21 days, a 10%
late charge is added to the amount due. Payments can now be
mailed to: P.O. Box 5033, Oak Brook, Illinois 60522-5033, or you can pay your bill
in person at the Village Hall. You may also use the "drop-box"
located on the north side of the driveway entrance to
the municipal parking lot accessible at the Spring Road/Oak
Brook Road (31st Street) intersection. Cash, checks or
money orders are accepted as payment. A $25.00 charge
will be assessed for all checks returned NSF.
Effective May 1, 2010 water drawn from the
hydrant at 3003 Jorie Boulevard shall be charged at a rate of $6.05 per 1,000 gallons.
Seasonal Irrigation Cap Program

to a maximum limit during the seasonal period.
Applications for residential requests for the irrigation meter cap must be made annually by
submitting the appropriate form and fee to the District's Office. The seasonal period will be May 1 through August 31.
Applications have a time limit for submittal as follows:
