TOBACCO LICENSE APPLICATION PROCESS

  A tobacco product license is required to dispense any tobacco products to the public for sale in the Village of Oak Brook.
Title 4, Chapter 6 of the Village of Oak Brook Village Code explains the regulations of dispensing tobacco in Oak Brook. Your cooperation in compliance of this ordinance is appreciated.
   Applications may be completed online, printed and submitted as required to Charlotte K. Pruss, Village Clerk, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523.
