Village Clerk
The Village
Clerk is an elected official, serving a four-year term.
It is the responsibility of the Clerk's Office to maintain
all Village records, take Board Meeting minutes, provide
voter registration services, process licensing and coordinate
local election information.
There are two
full-time and a part-time support staff in the Village
Clerk's office who assist with these various functions;
Deputy Village Clerk, a Records Management/Freedom of
Information Clerk and Document Imaging Clerk.
The Village Clerk is a member
of the Illinois
Municipal League ,
Municipal
Clerks of Illinois, Municipal Clerks
of DuPage County and the International
Institute of Municipal Clerks.
Solicitors
-- Peddlers
Solicitors and
Peddlers have a duty to honor "No Soliciting"
signs posted on or near the main door to any residence.
"No Peddlers or Solicitors" window decals are
available at no cost to residents at the office of the
Village Clerk in the Village Hall.
