Northern Illinois Police Alarm System Mobile Field Force
The NIPAS Mobile Field Force (MFF) maximizes the effectiveness of initial response efforts by police when a major civil disturbance occurs. The MFF allows agencies to pool their resources to provide the best service possible for their communities. MFF has more than 109 member officers from 79 different agencies, including canine handlers. Team training is conducted in January, March, May, September, October and November of each year. In addition, the arrest team members train an additional six times per year.
