Reading Program

We invite readers of all ages to participate in 2023 Winter Reading! Pick up your reading log or print the age appropriate reading log from the links below.

Preschool-1st grade: 

Complete the reading log (PDF). Fill out your information on the grand prize drawing ticket and select your prize. Return your finished log and ticket to the Library.

2nd-5th grade: 

Complete the reading log (PDF). Fill out your information on the grand prize drawing ticket and select your prize. Return your finished log and ticket to the Library.

6th-12th grade: 

Complete the reading log (PDF). Fill out your information on the grand prize drawing ticket and select your prize. Return your finished log and ticket to the Library.

How to participate:

• Pick up a leveled reading log from the Library or print one at home from our website to track time spent reading. 
• Complete a reading log to win a prize bag and an entry into one of our grand prize raffles.
• Keep reading! You can only claim one prize bag, but you can enter the grand prize drawing multiple times! Each completed log = another entry.
• Celebrate great books all winter with us!

Adults:

Reading log (PDF)
Read five books and write a brief review to share with other patrons. Audiobooks, eBooks and print books checked out through the Oak Brook Public Library are all acceptable. Submit your completed reading log to receive a fun prize and also be entered into a drawing for a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card, generously provided by the Friends of the Library!
